Clinic Visitors
1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24
hours may result in the loss of booking deposit (EUR 25).
2. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid
affecting other clients.
3. Health & Safety
Clients are asked to complete a consultation form before treatment. Please disclose any medical conditions,
medications, or allergies.
4. Treatment Suitability
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for your skin condition or health.
5. Payment
Payments can be made by card or online. All bookings require a non-refundable EUR 25 deposit.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
7. Loyalty & Referral Program
Clients earn loyalty points redeemable for up to 20% off treatments or retail. Referral bonuses may be
credited to your account when a referred client books.
8. Memberships
Membership clients receive monthly/annual credits, exclusive discounts, and loyalty rewards. Membership
terms include point conditions and rollover rules as published.
9. Liability
All treatments are performed with care and professionalism. However, individual results vary. We are not
liable for outcomes that result from undisclosed medical conditions or lack of aftercare compliance
